How does it work?



Step 1: Choose a photo to use for your drawing
Email (jennifergulino1@gmail.com) or text me (609-903-2519) the photo(s) you would like to use for your drawing. There is an additional fee to combine multiple photos to create one drawing.
*The best photos are close up and clear enough so that I can zoom in on the finer details of the face, particularly the eyes, nose and mouth. It is more difficult to create a realistic portrait if these areas are blurry or pixelated, therefore there is an additional $25 fee if it is necessary to repair/restore a photo in order to create the drawing. If you are unsure if a photo is appropriate, please ask! Price includes my advice on which photo(s) will work best for your drawing. If you are emailing, please email in .jpg format.
Step 2: Choose your drawing size:
1 person/pet: 8x10 or 9x12
2 people/pet: 9x12 or 11x14
3+ people/pet: 11x14, 12x16....
*Unless you request otherwise, your drawing will be on a plain background. A detailed background would count as an additional subject.
Step 3: Digital draft created for your approval
I will confirm your drawing size and create a digital mock-up of your portrait and send it to you for approval.
Step 4: Deposit due - drawing is started!
50% payment is due after approval of digital model and balance due after approval of final drawing. (Prices do not include cost of shipping and handling.)
IMPORTANT: Turn around times
The following turn around time for your drawing is from the day you approve the digital/send the deposit and the day you receive your drawing.
1 person portrait:
Regular service = 14 days
Express service* / express shipping**= 10 days
2 person portrait
Regular service = 21 days
Express service* / express shipping** = 17 days
3+ person portrait
Regular service = 30 days
Express service* / express shipping** = 26 days
*Additional Fee for Express service.
**Express shipping will reduce the shipping by a few days. The price of Express Shipping varies depending on size of drawing.
